Located in the heart of Bilbaos Old Town, Pulperiia Vermuteria Florines continues to do things the old- fashioned way. Impervious to their modern, hipster neighbours, they remain true to offering traditional home cooking and great customer service. They have retained the original essence they started out with over 40 years ago in one of Bilbaos most authentic districts. Steeped in local history, the focus at this old-style eatery is on the quality of the ingredients. The star dish at Florines is octopus, served in individual pinchos or for sharing. Other Galician specialities include salted beef, boiled ham and marinated pork croquettes. They have recently added a new vermouth section and now serve 50 different types of vermouth.
