We are the only Turroneria of Bilbao Ivanez family after 5 generations keeping the family business. Adelia Ivanez and Ivan Ivanez, the highest and lowest Ivanez in Bilbao today, 4th and 5th generations of the family, the eldest granddaughter and great-grandson of the Master SOLE Turronero Coloma Eladio Ivanez. Our trade (Turroneria, ice cream and ice-cream parlor) is popularly known as "The Mail Portalito nougat 12(R)".
