Since 1959 we have selected every single product that our environment provides to us. We have also neared seafood to the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz. This is my parents cuisine, my grandmothes' one... We are a traditional restaurant that functions with products' temporality. Taste our meats and the roasted sea breams.
