Founded in 1895 Pollitena is a restaurant in San Sebastian with more than a century of life. Ours is a homemade cuisine based on traditional Basque cuisine. Fish soup, Vegetable stew, Hake "Pollitena" ... dishes that have long been a reference and can not miss in the menu.
