Another day, another village, another plaza with a church and another bar. Cold beer, good wine, croquetas and tortilla espanola, and a pleasant lunchtime of people-watching!
On a nice day in La Orotava (where it often clouds over at lunch time), this is a great little place to stop and watch the world go by, in one of Tenerife’s prettiest old colonial towns.
A friendly little bar on the old town square, the food was snack type, reasonable and tasty. Its a nice place to relax, meet the locals and do some people watching. There is seating in the square opposite the bar.
Friendly, reasonable prices and typical Tapas and small meal choices. Great if you sit outside on the Plaza and people watch at the same time. This has been a regular lunch spot for us in town.
Stopped in here for lunch whilst visiting La Orotava. Good wholesome local food, good prices and a nice outside area to sit and watch the world go by.
