La Cremeria opened in 1996 at Corralejo and success was immediate; tails of 15-20 meters and enthusiastic smiles of children. The principles are rigorous: only fresh seasonal fruit, without dyes or chemical additives, spring water as a base for sorbet, fresh whole milk, cream high quality and selection of the best cacao and caffe.
