Pcaro was conceived to be a place to share food and joy with friends and relatives. The restaurant's aim, located in the centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, is to provide a space to enjoy the flavours of an international cuisine. Pcaro is the personal project of chef Guillermo Ramrez after working at prestigious restaurants such as NOMA (Copenhagen), Pier 51 (Stuttgart) and Gaggan (Bangkok). Pcaro has recently received the distinguished Bib Gourmand 2020 award, delivered by the Michelin Guide.
