Empathy, Equality, Respect and Sustainability are some of the words that define this project. We believe in equality and respect for all, humans and non humans. We don´t use animal ingredients and we make everything with plant based ingredients, because we respect all animals. We only use fair trade and organic cocoa, coffee and tea, with consideration for human and trade rights. We use fruits and vegetables obtained from local farmers. We don't use any product that contains palm oil. We believe in sustainability: Plant based food use the least amount of natural resources and has the smallest impact on the environment, the energy that powers our cafe is supplied by Som Energia, renewable energy cooperative and we recycle all containers.
