After working in another restaurant since 10 January 2003, Sandra decided to open her own place in June 2011. Silver Sand is a restaurant with a large variety of food. It has a day menu with nice tapas, snacks such as sandwiches, burgers, baguettes, omelets, salads, and so on. The evening menu has a large variety of starters, fish, meat and courses such as a grilled sole, codfish on a bed of salmon carpaccio served with tartar sauce, pork chops, our famous spare ribs, chicken supreme with mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce, fillet of steak, etc. Also we serve our beers in frozen glasses, we have a nice variety of wines and not to forget the best sangria on the island with 7 liqueurs inside! To top it all of our breath taking sunset which you can enjoy during a lovely dinner, with the mountain Teide on the background.
