If you love fine dining, this is the place for you. With a view of the Fuentes Carrionas Nature Reserve, the restaurant at the Parador de Cervera de Pisuerga is the perfect place to enjoy the best in regional gastronomy. Young beef from Cervera, cod, fried bacon and octopus with creamed potatoes are just a few of the delicacies that can always be found on our menu. We also offer dishes made to order, including Castilian-style roast suckling lamb with potatoes boulangere. Golden Reinette apple tart and Camporredondo truffles are just two examples of the delicious homemade desserts you can sample. Palencia's cuisine features such specialties as suckling Churra lamb roasted in a wood-burning oven and different varieties of sopa castellana (Castilian-style bread and garlic soup), a delight for your palate. We thoroughly enjoyed our supper and breakfast in this Parador – the food was of a high standard served by very attentive professional staff – beautiful surroundings made the whole experience very enjoyable.
