The restaurant offers a very good selection of the traditional local dishes, mainly meat. The different dishes were generous and top quality. Don’t go there if you are not hungry but expect to taste dishes from the area at their best.
The Judiones are incredible and Alcachofas con almejas a must try, I had chuleticas de cordero they were average, try the Tocinillo with Sheep yogurt its incredible.
Excellent food in a cozy atmosphere. The place hass many small rooms and corners. Don’t miss the judiones (as a starter, you can share) and the stuffed onions. Desserts are also excellent.
A real treasure of an experience, of excellent Castilian food, with deep good menu and wines. Excellent raw material, well served and in wonderful location. Highly recommended to discover Madrid region, and enjoy a good traditional meal.
