Based on reviews we made this our first stop for lunch. Wonderful, authentic grilled lamb. Paired with a bottle of local wine. Simple, delicious. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Absolutely make reservations, rooms up stairs, but still full.

This was my husbands favorite meal during our 10 days in Spain. Savored the roasted lamb and Morcilla, Owner/chef Diego and his wife are very warm and welcoming. Lerma is a small pretty town with a beautiful Parador.
