OF WINES TAPAS, MEALS AND DINNERS El Momo opened its doors in 2001 in one of the most emblematic streets of Salamanca: Calle San Pablo, inspired by an innovative concept of tapas that has evolved into what we are today. For 7 years we were in charge of the restoration of the DA2 Museum of Contemporary Art in Salamanca in which the concept chill-out was imposed on the tarraza and of course, what most stood out was our seal of quality when it came to cooking. We also take care of the kitchen of the 5 star Hotel Hacienda Zorita for 8 years. The combination of all these years of experience has led to what we are today: El Momo, a benchmark in the world of wines, tapas, meals and dinners. In addition, with the opening of the "Hall of momo" we add the concept of sweet evenings, from 16.00h. to 20.00h, with the elaboration of our homemade desserts, Caseros! Accompanied by natural shakes, coffees, teas and of course, premium glasses.
