Barro Cocido was born from the vocation of wanting to offer diners what I have missed as a client on many occasions. A space with personality away from the commercial, an adequate service thinking about the quality hospitality, where each and every one of the details count, some more perceptible and others that without being so are as important or more and a maximum quality based on products seasonal fresh. As a signature dish the cocido madrileo, made in my own way and that according to many customers has nothing to envy to the most emblematic of the capital. Another very popular dish is the house salad, made with a mix of lettuce, sauted warm vegetables, black olive vinaigrette and a rich cod brandanel quenelle. It also highlights, within the fixed menu, the fresh hake grilled with a sauce palmentier with leek and piperada of onion and red pepper, finished with a green oil. As for desserts, we have from a pink creamy yogurt with citrus and fruit aromas to a jam of rose petals.
