El Patio de la Flora is a restaurant that uses a perfect fusion of traditional ingredients with modern cooking to create mouth watering dishes at reasonable prices. A recent refurbishment has modernizated the interior of this establishment, by combining white furniture, indirect lighting and traditional Castilian masonry. It's located in the middle of Historic Burgos Centre, which has recently been declared Human Heritage, very few steps from one of the best gothic cathedrals in the World and The Camino de Santiago. To ensure the freshness of your food and an even greater variety of choice, our foods are freshly prepared on a daily basis. Why not try our Red Tuna Tartare, or the tasteful Tagliatelle with boletus mushroom for starters, or the typical Burgos Black Pudding with foie and boletus sauce. We have a wide range of elaborated salads and grilled vegetables for vegetarians. Without any doubt, our specialty is meat. You can choose between top quality grilled Ox T-Bone Steak or Entrecote, Crystallized Ribs, Duck Magret or Knuckle with Chucrut, not forgetting our lamb or ox hamburger which has been prepared in our volcanic stone grill. As Fish dishes we offer Crystallized Cod, Salmon and Red Tuna Tartaki. The platters are perfect for sharing, and our attentive staff are happy to help with recommendations from the menu. You can also order "Tapas" from our Bar. The restaurant presents constantly developing menus and a carefully matched wine list, that includes the most famous Spanish Wine s Regions, such as Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rueda, La Mancha, etc.
