Thanks to the excellent work carried out by its kitchen staff, Chef Marc Segarra at the stove, has achieved the first Michelin Star for our Refectorio restaurant. Marc bases his culinary offer on a creative vision of tradition and the use of local ingredients, among which the shoots, herbs and vegetables from the property's vegetable garden stand out. The marriage is completed by the estate's own wines and the old monks' winery, which adjoins the restaurant, and which contains authentic gems from the region and from the rest of the world. The atmosphere at Refectorio forms an inextricable part of the gastronomic experience, which is why minute attention and care has been paid to even the smallest of details in the restaurant's dcor. Gastronomy is based on creative, contemporary lines, backed by the use of fresh produce supplied by local farmers.
