THOMAS was born in 1975 as a reference cocktail bar in the city of Burgos, with the name of Select Thomas. In 1998, the current businessman and head bartender Ruben Hermoso, takes its direction, continuing the tradition and placing the local on the national map as a reference, with the name of QueThomas. After several national and international awards, and creating a new space more focused on the world of distillates, with more than 700 references, the third phase begins, adding the tagline "Que Thomas Gins & Cocktails". With a letter that fuses the kitchen with the liquid kitchen, it joins the revolution of the new spaces of creative cocktails. A classic in the national atmosphere, it has evolved to rhythm of cocktails and gin tonics.
