About
Among its culinary specialties include traditional roast suckling pig, the desalted cod and game dishes with seasonal mushrooms. An authentic brand and quality assurance, prepared with great care in the oven. Undoubtedly, a unique place, with the best views of the city of Segovia, both from the outside terrace and from our classrooms, to sample a variety of dishes from Segovia cuisine: pork, butter beans, lamb, and the Mediterranean, at the hands of a team of professionals who will respond in a personalized way. The decor of the restaurant, elegantly dressed with fresh and canvases of great segoviano painter Jose Luis Lopez Saura, offers you a warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal to enjoy a unique evening with your loved ones in one of the most special moments in life .Details

This restaurant is very well located with view to the Aqueduct but food is not so good. The ternera al ajillo came with bones and very little meat to eat. The judiones were good but nothing extraordinary.
We visited this restaurant following a trip advisor recommendation and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and very creative. I definitely recommend it.
The food was good not great, nice location next to our hotel and the aquaduct. The service was friendly, little slow.
First visit to Segovia, first stop to Casares (near the central parking) and very good surprise. Worth to visit!
Went there for a drink at 11.00 am. Very Slow service, no smiles. Waited 25 minutes for an orange juice and water for the dog.The one star is for the location, which is beautiful.
We stopped here for lunch. The food was good and not too expensive. We had a mixture of salad, sopa Castellana and Chirizo, and all tasted well. Service was polite and friendly, but slow. We would visit again.
