In the middle of the incessant noise and the frantic activity of the centre of Barcelona, there is a restaurant that invites you to embark on a journey through a land of flavours. Petit Comit summarizes the essence of Catalan cuisine, combining the best seasonal and locally-sourced products with a contemporary presentation. Led by the Michelin Guide star chef Nandu Jubany, our challenge is to collect the experience of the most traditional dishes, transform them with products from the forest, vegetable garden and the sea, and create a new appetising concept. This is how we bring to Barcelona the warmth, homeliness, closeness, and above all, the unique gastronomy that has been the hallmark of Can Jubany, Nandu Jubanys restaurant in Calldetenes.
