Welcome to Fastuc Restaurant, second home of the Chef Patron Giuseppe Cusimano. Here you will be able to experience a signature Mediterranean cuisine that has its bases in the authentic Italian cuisine. We have created the name Fastuc by combining the Catalan word festuc and the Sicilian word fastuca. Both mean pistachios a dry fruit that, due to his Sicilian ruts, is very appreciated by our Chef and therefore he tries to include it in many of his dishes. Every dish you will taste its been thoroughly created and executed using fresh and seasonal ingredients. Being a restaurant owned by the Chef, you can rest assured that the good food is at the centre of the "Fastuc Experience". Everything is homemade and done with love and passion, because we are aware that a great product combined with years of experience, will allow our guests to spend a special evening that is hard to forget.
