Tandoor , a restaurant that adapts traditional Indian recipes with local produce to bring the food to local audiences. 30 Years ago , Surinder Oberoi was the first Indian chef cuisine in Spain , now his wife Poonam and son Ivan and his team follow in their wake . Beyond the kitchen , Tandoor offers a unique space designed by Isabel Lopez Vilalta , interior designer who worked among others, El Celler de Can Roca , Hotel Omm , Bravo 24 among others.
