The lastest and most sustained world wide boom brings us to Peru, a country with a 500 year old tradition and fusion of tastes that has evolved into an authentic culinary party that has surprised the entire world. Thanks to globalization we are happy to present Perus gastronomy through The Market Barcelona.We start our culinary trip with the most traditional and often called the base of Peruvian food, the Nikkei concept (fusion between japonese and Peruvian ancestors) and the Chifa concept (fusion between Cantonese and Peruvian ancestors). We present these foods with a wide range of earthly products, adding to the already known potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and presenting quinoa, kiwichas, rocotos, peppers (yellow, silt, husks, mirasoles) as well as a multitude of fruit.In The Market we want to guide you through these delicious tastes and surprise you with the magnificent attention of our team.
