Marimorena is the personal project of the Cuiner de l'Any 2017, Albert Mendiola, and his partner Patricia Torres. Disciple of Berasategui, after filming by very diverse culinary establishments, the chef opens in 2012 Marimorena, located in his hometown, where he returns with pleasure, and where he discovers that the technical, evolutionary and quality cuisine can also be performed outside of the big cities. In 2015, Marimorena moves to a larger and more comfortable place, also in Sant Boi, a perfect establishment to seduce through the palate. Among the star dishes, the carpaccio of fried eggs with prawns and pine nuts; the fricand of aubergines, the tuna Balfeg smoked with figs; or the apple millefeuille de Sant Boi with Txangurro. Grandma's kitchen with the vision of the grandson, based on products from the Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat.
