This unique concept was conceived in the minds and palates of Jon Giraldo andJaime Lieberman. Both, large professional kitchen with many years of experience in different restaurants in Barcelona, materialized this first space neurogastronómico in Spoonik. Ovnew is born of the combination of Ov (Ufo) and new (new in Spanish) as the first space of kitchen synesthetic in this beautiful city.
