About
Originally a meeting place for fishermen, the tavern transformed into an eatery when Poble Nou became an industrial hub and hungry workers filled the neighbourhood. In the 70s it became a place of refuge for young people from the area who were anxious for change. The old tavern, Els Pescadors, has withstood the test of time and the coming and going of trends. It has born silent witness to the deeds and events that have influenced the future of the city.
