Spaghetti a la Guitarra is born from the childhood nostalgia of the pasta that the Italian "nonne" made with the traditional device to cut spaghetti: the "chitarra". Our dream is to share with Barcelona our memory of that explosion of senses - the smell of the sauces, the tender texture of the spaghetti, the flour raining down, the musical sound of the strings when the dough is pushed through.
