I decided not to have lunch here after I saw the kitchen door open (directly onto the street) and with pots of cooked food on the floor. They should revise standards.

Had a great experience here . We found this restaurant accidentally. Their food is great and delicious, authentic Catalan cuisine. The restaurant was quiet, there were not many customers. The waiter was very nice and professional.Everything was amazing and reasonably priced.
We recommend Agut due to quality, variety & service. We had 2 starters, 2 main course (great fish) and 2 desserts as well as some wine. We paid 95 euros. Of course its not cheap but its worth it because of the high food quality!
This was the perfect introduction to tapas food. Just delicious and the service was excellent. It was the benchmark we set all other restaurants against, and not many were as good. A must in Barcelona.
Beautiful classic old restaurant. Great food and wine. tucked away in a back street but well worth a visit.
