La Cocina Sitges is set to appeal to discerning international travellers and food-lovers alike, with a complete modern dining experience. Chef Charles Pearce is very much a part of this world, bringing with him accumulated experiences from top restaurants in the U.K., Milan, and San Francisco. He has created an all new gastro-cultural fusion menu that is creative and thought through to the detail. We hope to offer a lively and unexpected dining experience that is certain to draw back its clientele again and again.
