Kint is a GLUTEN FREE restaurant and shop located inside a typical Spanish food market in the center of Madrid. Kint's Chef Marco Bozzolini prepares a cuisine d'auteur with fresh products from the market, mixing Italian, French and Spanish techniques, emphasizing the quality of the basic ingredients. Most of the the plates are also lactose free in order to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy our creations and the market experience. We have a take away service but you can also eat at Kint.
