Andoni Goicoechea is a Venezuelan-Basque / Madrid doctor, who comes from the burning, yet wonderful city of Caracas. Together with his Aita, sister and mother, creates Goiko Grill. The Goiko in Mara de Molina, is the first of the Goikos and where we have earned the affection and loyalty Madrilenos.
