We are 'nature on the plate'. A restaurant with the chef Alfonso Castellano and sommelier Ana Castellano forward. We are a restaurant craftsman, natural and national product. Our goal is to maintain a menu in which the protagonists are the ingredients that come directly from small domestic producers, simple and honest. Only we work with those who share this search and closely follow seasonal changes. We believe that the way food is produced and treated before they reach our restaurant is as important as the way they are prepared in our kitchen. One of the great advantages of working with small producers is to get raw materials that do not reach the market, and be able to demonstrate the difference in taste and quality.
