The latest restaurant creation from Mara Li Bao is modern and easy-going. Sushiwakka Serrano, which is open all afternoon through to the early hours of the morning, is both fun and bold and has a broad appeal. Diners here can expect to share communal tables ? a concept that is currently very fashionable in other countries. There is a sushi bar with space for 12 people and the moving conveyor belt carries different plates with sushi and sashimi at varying prices, as well as other oriental specialities. The non-stop rhythm continues behind the bar. Celebrated barman Jess Lumbreras has designed 50 New York style cocktails that explore flavours such as elderflower or cayenne syrup. Sake also features in ten of the listed cocktails.
