Excellent restaurant. Its a little of the beaten path, down a side street but well worth a visit. Be warned it tends to get busy so you may need to have a reservation. And the patatas bravas were the best I tasted in Madrid.
Simple cooking approach with absolute high quality ingredients.It’s not cheap, but well worth every penny.
