This is a popular place and the service is rapid and friendly but we were underwhelmed by the food. We had better elsewhere. There was nothing wrong with it, it just wasn’t as good as we expected.
Get in early or book a table in the front for an atmosphere filled simple tapas dinner. The cheeses and iberico hams plus olives, bread and wines restored us after a hard days Madrid. Good for a breakfast or lunch visit.
