it was a great discovery. Located in the heart of Madrid we discovered the Ventresca bocadillo. If the terrace is packed go inside, there’s always enough room.
This place charged €10.70 per Aperol Spritz. Avoid. Make sure you ask any prices before ordering. Staff were rude, and we were constantly harassed by people selling junk.
There is a lull time in Spain between 2 to about 5 when most stores close. This is a great place to regroup, have a nice cold beer and a tapa or 2. An oasis with interesting views.
Ordered drinks and food. They didn’t arrive and when asked where they were the waiter was very rude. Ended up leaving without food. My son who is fluent in Spanish tried to explain that we were disatisfied and waiter got very angry. Stay away.
Well, the terrace is a bit annoying and they should make it smaller in order to have more public space! Anyways, best place for gambas and seafood (chopitos are always on point), have a caña and some aceituns con anchoa and patatas fritas.. Perfect
Probably one of the best Paellas (Spanish Rice) that we had in Spain. The place inside is a bit crowded but the food was worth it. The service was fine. Nice Spanish atmosphere all around.
