The name of our restaurant is the name that the young Teresa, daughter of lifetime Friends, always used to call the owners Paolo and Yuri, identifying them as a single entity, always asking to have dinner at Payuri's. This is the feeling of our home, a bar restaurant "all'italiana" where you can feel at home with friends and where you can find the typical flavors of Tuscany, a region full of flavors and good wine, art and unique landscapes. Here you can find dishes as the Trippa alla Fiorentina, the Baccal alla Livornese or the Braciolina all'Empolese, this last dish is typical of Empoli, the city near Florence where the idea of Payuri was born. Try our meat rag or rabbit rag or the other dishes full of flavors of the cuisine of the past.
