The Orihuela brothers opened La Fontanilla in 2004, descending from a traditional restaurateur family. Set in the historic heart of Valdemoro, La Fontanilla restaurant has a privileged location in town, in the heart of La Villa neighbourhood and opposite its fountain and old municipal laundry. lvaro has designed a menu full of new dishes based on local produce with an original and personal touch, learnt along his time training with the best Spanish chefs( Arzak, Berasategui, De La Osa, Pepe Rodriguez). Victor takes care of the clientele as well as he looks after and chooses a varied and interesting cellar.
