Nazzaro is a small restaurant, placed in Lavapies district and set in a classic theater. It has a simple and clear decor, with some baroque and early twentieth century motifs. But if anything stands the Nazzaro is the excellent raw material of its food and care in preparing the plates. The young chef Andrs Fernndez mixes culinary concepts from the New Basque Cuisine (Luis Irizar School) with new nuances and flavors of Spanish and Italian recipts.
