La Conserva is a charming tapas bar which offers both traditional and modern Spanish food. We have one of the best selections of handmade canned, smoked, meat and cheese products in town, which arrive to us on a daily basis from Rioja, Galicia, Cantabria and Aragn. We offer as well pre-arranged tastings of our cocktails, wines and handcrafted beers. Located in between the Manuel Becerra and Venta tube stations, and very close to both the Madrid bullring and the Fuente del Berro park, you can also book in advance one of our outdoors tables and enjoy our food and drinks in a quiet and nice environment.
