We are a 100% vegan gastronomic space that is inspired by the concept of a traditional tavern. We offer a traditional gastronomy focused on the power of the flavors, the use of products mostly of ecological and local production, and a more sustainable way of consuming. At Escafandra we believe that a new way of feeding and living is possible, and we want all those who visit us to feel comfortable and healthy, especially those who seek more responsible ways of living.
