Since 1986, we offer a selection of dishes that recognize the traditional flavors of the delicious Spanish cuisine. We specialize in roasts and meats of Jadraque and its surroundings in the province of Guadalajara. We continue to maintain other traditional dishes of our Spanish cuisine. It is more than 30 years of work in which we have deciphered and disseminated good culinary practices. The rustic-style restaurant has ample space for the bar, where you can taste the famous rasher of bacon of Jadraque, tapas, toasts, varied portions... Already inside, we find the restaurant, designed as an incredible rustic cave, an original place with a special charm, to spend good moments tasting the rich Spanish gastronomy.
