About
The story behind the first Adjaruli Khachapuri goes back to the ancient country of Laz. Living at the Black Sea, under the slopes of Caucasus, the Lazs were mostly sailors and fishermen. The boat-shaped bread they baked, was their way of honoring the sea, while the egg they put in the middle, resembled their innermost dream of capturing the sun.
