Sr.Ito is a restaurant and bar open all day and with kitchen open from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 8:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. Food started being the traditional Japanese, which we knew how to do for 10 years in Samurai restaurant. But our personality itself, is something else. We are not a normal or classic Japanese restaurant. We are art gallery (we give temporary stays, of three months, to emerging people, curated by Mateo Feijoo), in a different environment, with a different way of selling you, and with a rich menu with great quality, that you will have to come to enjoy.
