I have my doubts with this franchise, they are all over Madrid. some were good some very bad. The food is standard, I love the mini store. I think everything depends on the staff. The Diversia Vips in Alcobendas is very dependable.
There’s Vips all over Madrid, this combination of shop/restaurant works good, The food isn’t fantastic but what do you expect from a franchise. A little bit slow the service
