ESPAOL: En abril de 1960, el actual Restaurante Madrileo, fue inaugurado como Despacho de Bebidas.El abuelo Gabino del Valle Martn, abri una pequea tasca con pellejos de vino para su uso personal y el de sus amigos, incorporando para su acompaamiento, algunas viandas.Aos despus, su hija Juani y su marido Valentn, continuaron con la tradicin y aadieron guisos y comidas tpicas de la zona de la sierra madrilea. Actualmente, sus hijos Rubn y scar, regentan el negocio familiar, y aunque modernizado, siguen manteniendo la tradicin del buen comer y beber que 50 aos antes, marc su abuelo.En el ao 2011 se ampli la capacidad del local y espacios para terraza, convirtindolo en un lugar de referencia en Guadarrama para encuentros y celebraciones. ENGLISH: In April 1960, the current Madrileo restaurant was opened as "Drink shop". Grandfather Gabino Martn del Valle, opened a small tavern with "wine skins" for his own personal use and his friends and relatives, adding to these drinks, some small portions of food, as accompaniment.Years later, his daughter Juani and her husband Valentin, continued the tradition and added traditional stews and typical food of Madrid mountain area. Currently, their sons Rubn and Oscar run the family business. Despite of it being reformed and modernized, it still maintains the tradition and track record of good quality food that 50 years before, marked his grandfather.In 2011, the restaurant expanded its capacity with an additional terrace and extra renewed space, making it a reference culinary spot in Guadarrama for meetings and celebrations.
