The first restaurant Orale Compadre was inaugurated in 2000 and since then we have remained faithful to the tradition of Mexican cuisine, in the process, and the use of 100% natural ingredients - and ecological - of Mexican origin. We are pioneers in Europe to publicize the authentic tacos al pastor, one star- our dishes prepared as required by tradition: dreidel, cooking meat simmered with coal, as in the most famous taqueras of Mexico, which it has earned us to be a landmark restaurant in Madrid. We are proud to be a bit of Mexico where the warmth is recognized in the care, quality and above all, the taste that has made Mexican cuisine Intangible Cultural Heritage (UNESCO 2010).
