En pleno Madrid de los Austrias, junto a la plaza de la pera y muy cerca del Palacio Real y la Almudena est situado el nuevo Pizza Bistro. Es un lugar acogedor en el que disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la buena comida italiana, inspirado en los elegantes restaurantes de principios de siglo, parece llevarte muy lejos a travs de su decoracin, su cuidada esttica y, por supuesto, su oferta gastronmica mediterrnea. La pizza, bien hecha, es un alimento muy completo: es un plato sano y equilibrado que permite un aporte adecuado de sustancias nutritivas al organismo. Nuestra pizza comienza a elaborarse con su masa, una base que es capaz de marcar la diferencia; requiere de tiempo, se elabora con ingredientes frescos de calidad en su justa medida y en Pizza Bistro adems le ponemos mucho cario!Details

I highly recommend this restaurant.We were 4 friends, and had different meals. All were spectacular and tasty.I loved the wines recommended by the owner, definitely affordable.The mix between French and Oriental is really interesting.I recommend the restaurant !
