It took them 10 minutes to serve us at the bar, and they acted like we were putting them out by doing so. The atmosphere is Ok but it’s pretty expensive and there are many far better options on the area. Won’t be going back.
Cafe Colon is probably the most elegant of the cafes along Paseo de Recoletos. There’s an inside part that we did not even enter, but the outside terrace was delightful. Much more creative food offerings than the other nearby cafes we scoped.

Great service. However can this balance its faults? The menu was lackluster at best. Which is a shame because it looked so good. The pace was QUIET. I mean at one point of our dinner there were more staff than customers.
Really great food and service. And the environment is really great, with a mix of modern and classic. Really worth the visit.
Hidden underneath the Plaza Colon the restaurant was very quiet when we visited. Food and service average.
