It is just up the street from the Serrano subway stop. First, you see a large VIPS up some steps, next door, below street level is a Cervasaria and next to it Pizza Emporio. They both have outside seating that they share. Both are below street level. Pizza Emporio is excellent, and the inside is very "smart and minimalist." The patrons all appeared to be locals except for us.
