About

Over the years, Club 31 has seen the great and the good from Spanish and international society pass through it doors, from Rafael Alberti or Miguel Mihura through to Lola Flores, Concha Pique and even Gala and Dal. It is one of the most emblematic clubs in Madrid dedicated to fine dining. With its no less legendary location (virtually adjoining the Puerta de Alcal), this grandee of the restaurant world was founded on 31 March 1959. Since then it has been renovated and has adapted its style, maintaining its original feel but adding new innovations. One of its greatest triumphs is undoubtedly its menu that beautifully combines traditional house specialities with more 0modern dishes using fresh local produce and the finest ingredients. Naturally, the club boasts a splendid selection of excellent Spanish wines which are on show in its cellar.
